Tasting Notes | The colour is straw yellow and bright. On the nose: aromas of white peach, jasmine and lime. The body is very fresh and juicy, with a deliate aromas of white peach on the palate as well. Elegant, fruity and, once again, fresh finish. |
Food Pairings | Salads, light courses, pasta with lighter white sauces and grilled vegetables, soft and harder, ripened cheeses, chicken, fish and Asian food. Suitable as an aperitif as well. |
