Tasting Notes | Light and bright lemon colour. Elegant yet expressive on the nose with notes of juicy, ripe peach, banana and white flowers – jasmin and orange blossom. Notes of orange peel on the palate. Light body with pleasant freshness. Fresh and aromatic, slightly salty finish with a mineral character. |
Food Pairings | Salads, pasta with lighter white sauces and vegetables, soft cheeses, fish and seafood delicacies. Suitable as an aperitif as well. |
